Caregiver Recruiter Essential Functions:

  • Build a pipeline of active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
  • Drive and own the full-cycle recruiting process for high volume caregiver recruiting
  • Must be highly organized to be able to manage and track a high volume of caregiver applicants, and provide weekly recruitment status updates to assigned business unit, team lead, and/or manager
  • Candidate centric mindset ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience throughout the interview process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent
  • Work with management, peers and other HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to policies and/or practices
  • Support the onboarding of new hires
  • Other duties as assigned

Caregiver Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
    • 1 year of successful recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred
    • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
    • Experience utilizing direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed required
    • Microsoft Suite and Google Suite proficiency required
    • Strong time management and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize work
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Willingness to tackle new challenges and new ways of doing business
    • Must be a goal setter & goal-getter
