Account Executive Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with Community Development, Marketing, and Inside Sales to receive qualified leaves and drive towards compliant admission into Vitra Healthcare programs
  • Become an expert on Vitra Health’s service offerings and competitive advantages
  • Serve as the point of contact between Vitra and potential clients while they are in the Intake process
  • Communicate professionally with prospective clients through various channels including phone, email, chat, text, and mailings with timeliness and consistency
  • Under the direction of the Intake Operations Manager, maintain client buy-in through strong relationship-building, ensure program-specific compliance through information gathering phone calls or home visits, and troubleshoot any roadblocks that may arise during the intake process
  • Identify and credential qualified caregivers for Family Care programs
  • Work closely with Nursing, Account Associate(s), and Administrative Specialists to ensure compliance and timely communication with potential clients
  • Continuous commitment to learning about industry standards and new programs
  • Collaborate across departments to drive and support processes that contribute to business growth and ensure complete client compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
  • Utilize technology to document all efforts with clients, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and provide real-time process tracking
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned

Account Executive Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required******
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, business, or sales preferred
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success with data-driven outcomes

  • Excellent time management skills
