Home Health Regional Manager Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for all processes and procedures related to program regulations, client
    retention, and program growth
  • Oversees regional budget and billing
  • Oversees program compliance
  • Monthly visits-scheduling, compliance of notes, logs, CG education, CG, credentialing, IDT meetings, Semi/Annual compliance
  • Manages field staff and coaches them towards ownership over their caseload and program compliance
  • Fosters a positive team culture
  • Providing training on new systems
  • Reviewing patterns (errors or successes)
  • Client centric strategic planning
  • Problem solving with care teams to prevent discharges, client and CG
  • Receives and reviews reports from Clinical Team Lead and Operations Team Lead
    to assist with staff coaching
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned

Home Health Regional Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ Years’ experience overseeing staff providing home health services or equivalent
    experience, proven success track record
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in relevant field
  • Able to work independently & willing to work in the Field as needed
  • Must be willing to work some nights and weekends
  • Previous experience in home health care or other branch of health care preferred
