Job Summary:

The Boston, North and Central Regional Manager, Business Development is critical to regional expansion of the VITRA organization in the designated areas by generating leads and building the VITRA brand presence in the communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development Director to develop strategies for regional growth.
  • Implement regional growth strategies, demonstrating success via resulting metrics.
  • Develop regional marketing plans and event calendars, track and report execution success.
  • Create and execute initiatives to engage with local communities, educating them about VITRA services.
  • Design and carry out initiatives to grow the VITRA brand in local communities.
  • Identify and build strategic referral partners, track resulting referrals.
  • Implement strategies for client retention and track progress through KPIs.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support execution of growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Care Access and other internal partners to optimize the VITRA client pipeline.
  • Manage a team of Community Liaisons in the assigned area.
  • Foster culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for VITRA reflecting our vision, mission, and values.
  • Show genuine interest and compassion for the communities we serve.
  • Embrace and champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience.

• Experience in managing teams preferred.

• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Bilingual in English and secondary language preferred

• Outstanding communication and organization skills.

Physical and Environmental Demands

Works in a clean well-lit environment with fluctuating temperatures close to others. Requires substantial periods of repetitive work utilizing a computer, headset, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Requires walking and standing; requires frequent sitting more than 75% of the workday; requires the ability to negotiate stairs; requires visual, hearing acuity and manual dexterity to operate equipment.

On site with Clients and community partners requires the dexterity and physical ability to navigate a range of environments as needed.
